Description	The redesigned Rio Vista Dam, in the center of San Marcos, provides three surfing areas -- papa bear, mama bear, and baby bear! Front surf, side surf, or throw ends in papa and mama, and front surf and watch the fun in baby. The San Marcos is spring fed and provides a consistent flow. The area is very popular with kayakers and families alike, so watch out for children and inner tubes.
